Here at Corten-Miller's we have a dedicated cylinder head shop.

Our services include:

• Supply and fitment of CNC gas flowed performance heads
• Supply and fitment of performance camshafts
• Supply and fitment of performance cam pulleys
• Pressure/Vacuum  testing
• Refacing of heads and blocks
• Hot tanking
• Alloy welding
• Valve refacing
• Seat cutting

Prices:

• Cylinder head pressure test £20.00+VAT
• Cylinder head re-face (alloy) £33.00+VAT
• Cylinder head re-grind (iron/ Iron Inserts) £37.00+VAT
• Cylinder hot tanking (before & After) £8.00+VAT
• Angled cylinder head re-face £42.00+VAT Per hour
• Angled cylinder head re-grind £42.00+VAT Per hour
• Valve seat cutting £42.00+VAT Per hour
• Valve re-facing £42.00+VAT Per hour

All Other head work P.O.A

Please note: All heads must be brought clean. An £8.00 charge will be applied to clean a head prior to any work. This is done by hot tanking before and after.

All heads must have a flat face before they can be pressure tested or skimmed/ground.  This may require removing cams, valves, etc.  Any heads that require stripping to obtain a flat face will be charged at £42.00 per hour.
